Return and Exchange Policy – LUMIÈRA

All products sold by LUMIÈRA undergo strict quality control before being shipped. If a customer wishes to return a purchased item, the conditions described in this policy must be observed.

Return requests must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date the product is received, in accordance with consumer protection regulations applicable to online purchases.

3. Product Conditions for Return

To be eligible for return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed;

  • All original tags must remain attached;

  • The product must be returned with its original packaging, when applicable;

  • The item must not show odors, stains, or any damage caused by the customer.

Products that do not meet these conditions may have their return refused.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
LUMIÈRA does not cover shipping fees or any logistical expenses related to returning a product.

5. Refund Policy

LUMIÈRA does not provide monetary refunds.

After the returned item is received and inspected, and provided it meets the conditions described in this policy, The customer will be offered an exchange for the same product or another of equal or lesser value, subject to stock availability.

6. Return Request Procedure

To initiate a return request, the customer must contact our support team through the store’s official communication channels and provide the following information:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Item to be returned

  • Reason for the return

After the request is reviewed, instructions for returning the product will be provided.

7. Return Inspection

Once the item is received at our distribution center, it will undergo an inspection within up to 5 (five) business days to verify whether it complies with the conditions established in this policy.

If the product does not meet the required conditions, it may be sent back to the customer, and the shipping costs will again be the responsibility of the customer.
